In consideration for being allowed to take part in activities and services provided by SeaBvicharter, including but not limited to the use of its vessels, equipment, staff, and facilities, I, the undersigned, freely and voluntarily agree to the following terms on behalf of myself, my heirs, estate, personal representatives, and assigns: I understand that water-based activities involve both obvious and unforeseen dangers. These risks may result in serious personal injury, illness, property damage, or even death. Such hazards include, but are not limited to: slips or falls while boarding or exiting a vessel, drowning, collisions, exposure to extreme sun or heat, dehydration, insect or marine-life encounters, equipment failure, and accidents caused by natural conditions or other participants. I accept full responsibility for all risks, whether anticipated or not, and choose to participate at my own discretion. By signing this waiver, I affirm that I am physically able to participate in the activities offered by SeaBvicharter, including swimming, snorkeling, riding on boats, and related excursions. I confirm that I have adequate health and accident insurance to cover any injuries or damages I may sustain or cause. If I do not carry insurance, I agree that I am solely responsible for any related costs. I acknowledge that SeaBvicharter and its representatives may, at their discretion, refuse service to any individual they believe is unfit or unsafe to participate. I hereby release, discharge, and agree not to hold SeaBvicharter, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, or agents liable for any injury, illness, damage, or death resulting from my participation, regardless of cause. This release applies even if such events arise from negligence, equipment defects, or unsafe conditions. If medical treatment becomes necessary, I authorize SeaBvicharter or its staff to secure and arrange care as they see fit. I agree to bear any and all costs connected with such care and waive all claims against the company related to emergency medical response. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver, fully understand its content, and willingly sign it. I am aware that by doing so I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue. This agreement shall be legally binding on me, my heirs, my estate, and my legal representatives.
